This website is around since march 2008. It started with the Photo-blog, well actually there was a little blog before that, but with the arrival of a digital SLR camera this website slowly took shape.

What is it all about?

Well, not surprisingly, it is mainly about photography. That's what started it and still is the bulk of the content with the previously mentioned Photo-blog, that is updated once in a while with a new photo and complete Photo-albums that I intend to give a regular update as well.

In time more stuff gathered on the website. Little experiments, some pages about music, that I never really keep up to date and a website about previously owned cars. All these can be found under Various. In november 2008 the latest addition to the car-history has gotten it's own website.

The initial lack of ideas of what to do with the website has pretty much gone. There are quite a few different things I tried, that either failed or still remain in one form or another on the site. In the early days I started building the site using iWeb, a small app that comes with every mac. 'Just to get me started', I thought, intending to transport it to a more serious and powerful application one day. Until now I still use iWeb. Yes, it makes ugly code, but I can build a website in no time at all. I've used it for this site, the car-site, a site about our wedding and even the website of my company.

Why this website exists?

Well in short: it's for myself. It is a little timekeeper, a place to put pictures and ideas and create a collection of things that interest me. I can look back on them like a little diary.

It is just a nice language to express yourself in, I feel.
